Use our black truffles fresh — don’t cook them heavily. Thinly shave over warm dishes just before serving; a little goes a long way!
They’re delicious with pasta, risotto and eggs, but also great on burgers and fries, sushi, creamy desserts, or even grated over vanilla ice cream.
If you’re new to truffles, keep it simple: pair them with mild, high-quality ingredients so the flavour stands out.

We have a minimum order of 50g. How you use your truffles depends on the dish and personal taste. For a subtle touch, use about 5 g per person per dish. For a richer, more indulgent version, use over 10 g per person per dish.
-
Wrap the truffle in a fresh, dry paper towel and place it in a sealed container or lidded jar and place it on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Change the paper towel daily to avoid dampness.
Use within 7–10 days for maximum flavour. You can also store truffles with aroma-absorbing foods like eggs (flavour can pass through the shell), cream, milk, cheese, or butter. -
Orders are sent Monday - Wednesday on an overnight courier (this may be longer for rural delivery options).
Truffles are packaged and sent with ice packs as they are perishable.
The weight you order of our fresh truffle is the minimum amount that will be supplied - we cannot guarantee exact, to the gram, weights as the truffles are packaged in a variety of sizes. Your order weight will always be equal to or slightly above the weight you select.
Orders must be placed by 9am Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend, otherwise it will be sent the following Monday.

We aim to send orders in perfect condition but are not responsible for items once they leave our premises. Due to their perishability, truffle purchases are non‑refundable. Report any problems by email within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo.
