Fresh black truffle is often paired with pasta, risotto and eggs, but it also works well in unexpected dishes — burgers and fries, sushi, creamy desserts, or grated over vanilla ice cream.
If you’re new to truffle, keep it simple: pair it with mild, high-quality ingredients so the truffle shines — butter, cream, baked brie, eggs, pasta, mashed potato, soups.Find our favourite truffle recipes here

Depends on the dish and personal taste. For a subtle touch, use about 5 g per person per dish. For a richer, more indulgent version, use over 10 g per person per dish.

Wrap the truffle in a paper towel and put it in a sealed container, glass jar, or zip-top bag. Store it in the crisper, not the coldest part of the fridge. Replace the paper towel daily to prevent dampness. Truffles begin to lose quality once dug up, so use within 7–10 days for best flavour.
You can also store truffles with foods that absorb their aroma, such as eggs (flavour can pass through the eggshell), cream, milk, cheese, and butter.

Loss & damage: Truffles are fragile; we pack them with ice, chiller boxes and overnight courier. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once items are dispatched. If an order is lost in transit, we will not replace it until the original is found and returned. To reduce risk, be home for delivery or have it sent to your workplace.
